A bench of Bombay High Court judge MS Karnik has stayed the coercive action against Rakhi Sawant in a case filed by an actress. A female model has accused Rakhi Sawant of making her objectionable videos and photos viral on the internet.
On January
24, the model filed a complaint at the Amboli police station in Mumbai. When
asked about this matter, the court gave Rakhi an answer. The court asked
Rakhi Sawant why she deleted the alleged video that was shown in the media. Rakhi
Sawant's lawyer has come forward on her behalf.
He said
that all but one of the offenses registered against him under Technical Act
9IT0 are bailable. She has given a statement before the Amboli police
twice. Rakhi also handed over her laptop and phone to the investigators.
Why is Rakhi Sawant destroying the evidence? Opposing Rakhi Sawant's plea,
public prosecutor Shrikant Gawande said, Rakhi Sawant handed over the fun to
the investigators after removing the video, so the investigating officer has
filed a case under IPC section 209.

video is available on the internet and it is not yet clear that this video was
made by her. Full action is yet to be taken on this matter. Apart from
