Roshan Kumar got the Quality National Film Award

 Nepal: Actor, director and journalist Roshan Kumar Shrestha, who has been working continuously in the film industry for almost two and a half decades, has received the Quality Entertainment National Filmmaker Award-2079.

 


The second Quality Entertainment Award 2079 was held on Monday evening at Nachghar in Jamal, Kathmandu, presenting awards in 39 different categories under the chief hospitality of Nepal's First Vice President Parmanand Jha.

 In the ceremony, this year's Quality Entertainment Lifetime Achievement Award along with Rs. Gurung, who has been active in this field for over three decades, has edited more than 9,000 songs.

 


Similarly, at the ceremony, this year's Quality Entertainment Film and Music Journalism Award was given to journalist Dabbu Kshatri along with Rs. 25,000. Chhetri has been active in journalism for more than two and a half decades. Chief guest First Vice President Jha along with Umesh Gurung, Chairman of the organizing organization Quality Films, Nawal Khadka, Chairman of Film Producers Association, Mohan Niroula, Vice President of Artists Association, etc. presented the award and prizes.

 


In that program, the second Quality Entertainment Award was given in 39 different categories. In the ceremony, the award for best singer in modern song went to Yas Kumar from Hija Arkai Sang (After), Jury Award for modern singer Sujan Tigela Limbu, award for best singer in modern song was given to Sujata KC from Batas Bani.

 

Similarly, Yogendra Upadhyay won the Best Composer Award for Modern Song, Popular Award went to Santosh KC, and Jury Award went to Rajkumar Bagar. Similarly, Shib Poudel won the best modern lyricist award, Prakash Subedi won the Juri award for lyricist, Jyoti Gurung won the best female lyricist award, Bhupendra Thapamgar won the new song award, Purna Bahadur Thapa Deepak Maithane won the best diaspora lyricist award.

 


Prakash Shrestha received the Best Male Model Award for Modern Song Music Video from Mero Jeevan, the Popular Model Award went to popular model actor and model Yasraj Garach from Tohre Mayanle Na Ho, the Jury Award went to Nirajan Pradhan and the Public Choice Award went to Deepak Thapa Maithane.


On the modern side, the best female model award went to Keki Adhikari from Tuh Maayan, the jury award went to Eshila Rai, the Diaspora model award went to Parvati Thapa, the public choice award went to Sushmita Shrestha, the best director award went to Gambhir Bisht and the jury award went to Sonam Pakhryn from You Kalo Kalo.

 




In the same way, the award for the best singer in Folk Dohori was won by Mausam Gurung from Muglin Pul Taree, the Diaspora Award by Deepak Basant Karki, and the Popular Singer Award by Amrit Sapkota. Kalika Roka from Muglin Pul Taree won the award for Best Folk Dohori Song Singer, Popular Song Singer Award went to Tika Pun, Jury Award went to Kalpana Sunuwar, New Singer Award went to Kehar Singh Payasi, Folk Dohori New Singer Award went to Rita Barali. Folk Dohari Song Composer Award went to Tika Bamjan from Meri Sanu, Folk Dohari Song Lyricist Award went to Kamal Sargam Choulagai from Mayan Garumla, Lyricist Jury Award went to Santosh Giri. Dhurab Himali received the best male model award for the music video, Kamal Bahadur Joshi the jury award, Aarusi Magar the best female model award, Mayan Ramjali the jury award, Mausam Himali the music video director award and Babita Shrestha the jury award.



Similarly, Sanjib Singh Rana from One to One Two won the best singer award for pop song, Sangam Limbu got the public choice award, and Arjun Kharel got the Jury Award for singer from pop song from Chameli Nepali song. Similarly, the best singer award went to Chandrakala Limbu from Selfie Danda, New singer award to Dilip Kumar Mishra, Jury award to new singer Reshraj Limbu, pop song composer award to Anil Lama from Salonge Mela, best make-up artist award to Geeta Paudel from Kata Kata (Hello Zindagi).

 


Similarly, Ganesh Gurung won the award for the best singer in folk songs, Durga Gurung won the Jury Award from Tu Mero. Kavita Gurung won the best singer award, Durga Gurung won the public choice award, Tika Gurung - Bhimkala Gurung won the folk song duet award, Maya Sangbo won the jury award and Deepa Gurung won the encouragement award.

Shanti Shahi Chandla won the best festival song singer award from Lali Powder towards the festival song.

Manju Rasaili won the award for the best festival song diaspora singer for Rato Saree, Pramila Gayre won the Jury Award for the song Ke Gayo Karimaile and Rhea Khadka won the public choice award, Rajan Palunwa Limbu won the award for the best national song.

 


Award for Best Tamang Song Singer for Language Song went to Jeevan Bomjan Tamang from Ukali Chadda, Best Tamang Song Singer Award to Sasikala Moktan, Best Tamang Cello Singer Award to Bishal Yonjan from Soltini Kanchi, Rai Song Singer Award to Pushpa Rai, Best Limbu Song Singer Award to Ashok Mukarung, Best Limbu Song Singer Award Award to Ruksana Limbule from Ani Yakthumba, Limbu Language New Singer Award to Swastika Sawaden, Rai Language Best Singer Award to Anuka Rai. Durga Dahal won the award for Best Period Language Singer from Cholima Phasgai Holi.


Award for Best Male Model for Language Song went to Suraj Lama, Best Language Language Female Model Award to Sital Tamang, Award for Female Model for Limbu Language Song to Pushpanjali Tilinga, Best Lyricist Award for Language Language Song to Sesemise Nalbo Limbule, Best Music Video Cinematography Award to Rabindra Baral, Music Coordinator Award from Swarg Zhai Rasha Dolraj Bahraghare, the Best Badyabadak award went to Dhan Bahadur Gurung from Bansuri Badan.

 

The Best Dhaka Fashion Award went to Saru Limbu Rai from Saru Dhaka Udhog and the Best Music Company Award went to Sajjan Hamal from Hamal Music Pvt Ltd. Various people were honored at the award ceremony. Music singers Navraj Jang Thapa, Anil Gurung, Jeet Bahadur Rawat, Rajan Gurung, Sijan Magar Sinjali, Narayan Thapa, Ramesh Kumar Vishwakarma, Rajshukra Limbu were honored.

 

singer and journalist Sarita Bharti, singers Shobha Tripathi, Uma Shrestha, Ramila Gurung, lyricist Tek Bahadur Gurung, music video director Raj King Waiwa were also honored in the program.
